These terms apply to the public PALBON-Suites website: the pages that describe the suite and its products, and the contact form. In these terms, we and us mean the organisation operating this website.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

If you sign in and use the products themselves, that use is governed by the agreement that covers your organisation's use of the products, not by this page.

Using this website

The website describes PALBON-Suites and its products: what they do and how they work together. You are welcome to read it, link to it and contact us through it.

The descriptions are general information. They are not an offer, and nothing on this website forms a contract for products or services; those are supplied only under a separate written agreement.

The screens and figures shown in illustrations are examples, not real data.

Accounts and sign-in

The Log in link leads to the sign-in page of the products. This website does not offer self-service registration: accounts are issued by the administrator of the organisation that uses the products, or by us.

If you have an account, keep your password to yourself and do not share the account. You are responsible for what is done under it. Tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used it.

What you can see and do after signing in is decided by the roles your administrator gives you and by your organisation's agreement.

Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• try to reach pages, accounts or data that you are not authorised to use;
• probe, scan or test the website for weaknesses without our written permission;
• interfere with the website or overload it, for example with automated requests at a rate that burdens the server;
• send spam, unlawful or harmful content, or malicious code through the contact form;
• pretend to be someone else, or give a contact address that is not yours;
• use the website in any way that breaks the law.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules. The contact form limits how many messages it accepts from one network address.

Intellectual property

The name PALBON-Suites, the product names (PALBONSphere, PALBONPeople, PALBONCampus, PALBONGrowth, PALBONTradeFinance, PALBONSupport, PALBONCare, PALBONInsights, PALBONShop, PALBONComm, PALBONLMS, PALBONPay, PALBONWhatsApp, PALBONComply, PALBONGST, PALBONPayroll, PALBONEkyc, PALBONIbanking, PALBONShipping, PALBONJustice, PALBONLending, PALBONPrint) and their logos identify our suite and its products. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, or are connected with you, your products or your services, unless you have our written permission. Referring to the products by name in order to describe them truthfully is fine.

The text, design, graphics and illustrations of this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may quote short passages if you name the source. Any other copying or reuse needs our permission, except where the law allows it.

Open-source components

PALBON-Suites includes open-source software. Each component is used under its own licence, and the licence texts and copyright notices are delivered with the software.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights those licences give you over the components they cover. The licences apply to the software components; they do not give permission to use the PALBON names and logos.

No warranty for website content

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is, for general information. We do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.

Products change over time, so a feature described here may differ from the version you use. What we commit to for the products is written in your organisation's agreement, not on this website.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that results from using this website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the website or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply to you.
