Pricing

Pricing that follows your scope

There is no price list to decode. A quote follows your scope: the products you switch on, the people who use them, where the suite runs and the help you want from us.

Scope

What shapes a quote

Six things decide what a proposal looks like. None of them is a surprise, and all of them are yours to choose.

The products you switch on

Start with one product or with several. A proposal covers the products you plan to use, and the others can be added later.

How many people use them

The size of your team, and the roles people hold, shape the rollout, the training and the support you are likely to need.

Where it runs

Your own servers or a private cloud. We take into account what you already have and what still has to be set up.

Setup and data migration

How much configuration you want done for you, and how much history you want brought over from your current systems.

Training

Who needs training and how deep it should go: administrators only, or every team in its own role.

Ongoing support

How much help you want after going live, and how quickly you need an answer when something comes up.

Every proposal includes

What stays the same, whatever the scope

Some things are part of the suite itself, so they are part of every proposal, large or small.

  • Every product runs on the same platform, with one sign-in and one set of roles
  • Your data stays yours, and can be exported whenever you want it
  • No outside services are needed at run time
  • Products you add later work on the data already in place, with nothing to migrate between them

What a proposal sets out

  • ScopeThe products and the teams the proposal covers.
  • PhasesWhat goes live first, and what follows.
  • ServicesThe setup, data migration, training and support you asked for.

The steps

How we get to a number

Four steps, in this order, so that the price you see is a price for what you actually need.

  1. A conversation about scope

You tell us which teams are involved, what you use today and what should change.

  2. A demo on your processes

We walk through the products that fit, using examples from the way you work.

  3. A written proposal

You receive the scope, the services and the price in writing, to review in your own time.

  4. A phased rollout

Go live with one product or one team at a time, and extend when you are ready.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

Why is there no price list?

Because two organisations rarely need the same thing. The products in use, the size of the team, the infrastructure and the services all differ, so the price is worked out for your scope and given to you in writing.

Do we have to take every product?

No. A proposal covers the products you plan to use. Others can be switched on later, on the same platform and the same data.

What do you need from us to prepare a quote?

Which products interest you, roughly how many people will use them, where the suite should run and how much help you want with setup, data migration and training.

Can the scope change later?

Yes. The rollout is phased, so you can start with one product or one team and extend the scope when you are ready.

Start with one and add others later; a proposal covers the ones you choose.
